Escalation Procedure

When it is deemed necessary for the project management team to escalate essential issues to the Steering Committee, the customer may also be requested to participate in order to ensure successful delivery of project. The escalation report, issued by the project manager, outlines:

  • Effect on the project,
  • Information of the issue,
  • Options that have been examined,
  • Plan/Action(s) recommended to be executed.
The Steering Committee shall reach agreement from all parties and formalize decisions made.
