Risk Supervision

This refers to the supervision over high-risk events identified in the risk management plan, and identification of new risks based on project implementation and project environment change.

Once a new risk is identified or the risk environment is changed, new evaluation or certification should be made to the probability and influence corresponding to the risk. Make sure to include the strategies of minimizing high risks into the risk management plan and project plan.

Periodically review and update the risk evaluation list on a weekly basis and include the review in the agenda of all project meetings.
