Brigadier General Md Abdul Latif Talukder, ndc, psc, has been a veteran leader in Bangladesh Army. In his Military career, he had served many numbers of Engineering Units and commanded Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory. He also worked as the Project Director of Machine Readable Passport & Machine Visa Project under Department of Immigration and passport. He too held the appointment as the Chief Instructor of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Center & School. Moreover, as senior officer, he was Commanded 902 Central Workshop, Logistic Company under United Nation in Congo, 601 Combined Workshop. He was Deputy Chief Inspector of Inspectorate of Vehicle and Engineering Equipment and worked as the UN Military Observer of United Nations Operation in Somalia respectively.
Mr. Talif has joined SIS Logistical System Limited in June, 2016 as the Chief of HDD Rig Unit and looking after hole operation of OFC laying operation. He is also director of SIS Logistical System Limited and holding ownership share of the company. He is also taking care of marketing, regulatory affairs, legal, company administration and corporate affairs of the company maintaining liaison with all relevant regulatory bodies and key stakeholders.
Mr. Latif has obtained BSc Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Masters on Defense Studies from National University and Masters of Security Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals. He participated in number of professional training courses, seminars and workshops both home and abroad.
